Shiga Toxin - Positive fecal broths (Title 17)

A multiplex real-time PCR assay detecting the presence of DNA from Shiga toxin producing Escherichia coli. Assay specifically detects two Shiga Toxin encoding genes, stx1 and stx2, and the dppD gene which is specific to Escherichia coli.
