  • Gram negative bacteria on Columbia Blood Agar with 5% Sheep Blood, Trypticase soy agar, MacConkey Agar
  • Gram positive bacteria on Trypticase soy agar with 5% sheep blood, Chocolate agar, Columbia CNA agar with 5% Sheep Blood
