For Title 17 - fee applies to Local Health Jurisdiction of submitting facility.

Matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight (MALDI-TOF) mass spectrometry is the primary identification method. Ancillary testing (ie, 16S gene sequencing, conventional biochemicals) will be employed as required.
