Candida auris is an emerging fungus that presents a serious global health threat. The organism is often multidrug resistant and can persist in healthcare environment for weeks. The C. auris RT-PCR Assay is a real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) test based on the CDC assay parameters.
