Project Overview

In July 2025, the Sonoma County Board of Supervisors approved the $32 million purchase of two office buildings on Brickway Boulevard in Santa Rosa. The acquisition provides modern, efficient, and sustainable workspaces for County employees and the public, while delivering long-term savings for taxpayers. Located at 3850 and 3880 Brickway Boulevard, the buildings are situated near the Charles M. Schulz–Sonoma County Airport.

Background
