Brickway Buildings Purchase

In July 2025, the Sonoma County Board of Supervisors approved the $32 million purchase of two office buildings on Brickway Boulevard in Santa Rosa. The acquisition provides modern, efficient, and sustainable workspaces for County employees and the public, while delivering long-term savings for taxpayers. Located at 3850 and 3880 Brickway Boulevard, the buildings are situated near the Charles M. Schulz–Sonoma County Airport.

EMS/DHS Office & Warehouse Space

The Real Estate Group manages the lease for the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Agency at 195 Concourse Boulevard, Santa Rosa—a 4,310 sq. ft. office and warehouse facility. The EMS Agency plans, implements, and evaluates local emergency medical systems in Sonoma and Mendocino Counties.

ROV/Clerk-Recorder-Assessor Warehouse Space

California election law requires that county voting materials and equipment remain in place during election cycles. The County leases 15,145 sq. ft. of industrial warehouse space at 3033 Coffey Lane, Unit E for the County-Recorder-Assessor (CRA).
