2026-2027 Benefits Annual Enrollment

Annual Enrollment is your opportunity to review your personal and family needs and evaluate your current coverage.

Use this time to decide whether to continue your existing elections or make changes for the upcoming plan year.

Elections made during the 2026–2027 Benefits Annual Enrollment period will be effective June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027.

Annual Enrollment Dates:

Employees and Extra Help - Monday, March 23 through Friday, April 10, 2026

Retirees - Monday, April 20 through Friday, May 1, 2026

Employee Self Service (ESS):

Employees and Extra Help must use Employee Self Service to make election changes between 12:00 pm March 23 through 5:00 pm April 10, 2026.
Need assistance with Employee Self Service? These instructions are available to help guide you through the process. Please do not submit unless you are making a change.

Retirees who wish to make a change must complete a Retiree Enrollment/Change form and submit it to the HR Benefits Unit between April 20 and May 1, 2026. Please note that forms cannot be submitted early.
