Accessing Mental Health Services

To connect with Mental Health Treatment Services, please call the Access Line, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at (707) 565-6900 or toll-free at (800) 870-8786.

The Access Team is the first contact for requesting mental health services. They determine the level of need for mental health services, provide assessment, linkage, and information and referral for mental health services for children, youth, and adults.

Referrals are made to community providers or to Behavioral Health treatment teams.
