Santa Rosa's Connection is Prevention – Half-day conference
As part of Sonoma County’s Suicide Prevention Month, this engaging half-day conference will bring together older adults (60 and older), caregivers, family members, and community providers to highlight the vital role human connection plays in preventing suicide and supporting mental wellness as we age. Join us for an inspiring and informative day dedicated to connection, support, and community well-being for older adults in Sonoma County!

Sonoma Valley's Connection is Prevention Event
The Connection is Prevention event in Sonoma Valley offers a meaningful opportunity for families and community members to explore local behavioral health resources and build connections that support mental health and well-being. Held during Suicide Prevention Month, this event is part of a countywide effort to highlight the power of human connection in preventing mental health challenges and suicide. Together, we can create a stronger, more connected Sonoma Valley.

Cloverdale's Connection is Prevention Event
Connection is Prevention in Cloverdale is a community gathering that will bring together neighbors, service providers, and local residents to celebrate connection, have fun, and raise awareness about suicide prevention and mental wellness. Through shared experiences and meaningful engagement, we can build stronger, healthier, and more supportive communities…together!

Public Hearing: May 19th – Review Sonoma County’s Draft BHSA Integrated Plan for FY 2026–2029
Sonoma County’s Behavioral Health Board will host a public hearing on Tuesday, May 19th as part of the Behavioral Health Services Act (BHSA) 30-day public comment period for the County’s Draft BHSA Integrated Plan for FY 2026–2029.
Community members and stakeholders are invited to review the plan and share feedback during the public comment period, which is open April 17 through May 19, 2026. Your input is important in helping shape local behavioral health services and priorities. Comments may be submitted via email to BHSA@sonomacounty.gov or shared during the public hearing. Individuals will have up to three minutes to provide comments.
