MOU Kaiser & Partnership Resources
The County of Sonoma holds Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with Kaiser Permanente and Partnership HealthPlan. These managed care plans (MCPs) are contracted with the Sonoma County Behavioral Health Division to provide mental health services to Medi-Cal members.

Quarterly Meetings
The County of Sonoma Quality Assessment and Program Improvement Team monitors and reports on the date and time of MOU partnership meetings. These meetings occur on a quarterly basis to address policy and practical concerns that may arise between MOU parties and achieve shared objectives of service delivery as outlined in each Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
