Pre-credentialing Training Information

Following you will find information and instructions needed to register for CalMHSA CalAIM and EHR trainings. These trainings are required to complete the credentialing process for any CBO or County Staff that requires direct access to SmartCare.  While we do not require you to start these trainings prior to finalizing onboarding with your employer, we do want to make this information available so that you may start at your earliest convenience.

Registering for CalMHSA's CalAIM and EHR Training Courses

Additional Documentation Training will be required. If you are employed by a CBO, your employer will coordinate this training. If you are a Sonoma County Employee, our QA team will reach out to schedule this training once you have completed the employee onboarding process and have started the credentialing process.

SmartCare Training Environment accounts (typically used in conjunction with or after completing the trainings), will be also be issued once you have completed the onboarding process, and after we receive a Staff Number Request Form from your supervisor.
