Community Care Commission

The Community Care Commission  has a mission to collaborate on an event with our local Health Services Department (or similar health-focused group). The event’s objectives are to bring together Sonoma County community members, and motivate them to take steps toward preventing illness in themselves and others. Attendees will receive important facts, empowerment to take achievable steps, and supplies such as masks and hand sanitizer.
