The Sonoma County Commission on Human Rights (CHR) is proud to announce that nominations are now open for the annual Kathleen Finigan Award. Established in honor of former Commissioner Kathleen Finigan, this award recognizes an exceptional community leader whose dedication, compassion, and advocacy have made a meaningful impact on the lives of people experiencing homelessness in Sonoma County. Each year, CHR celebrates an individual who embodies Kathleen's unwavering commitment to human dignity, equity, and service. Through their leadership and tireless efforts, award recipients help create a more inclusive and supportive community for our unhoused neighbors. Do you know someone making a difference? We invite community members, organizations, and partners to nominate an individual whose work deserves recognition.
