November 3, 2026, General Election: Local Measures That Have Been Filed

A picture of the entrance to the Sebastopol Veterans Memorial Building parking lot during the June 2026 Primary Election. A row of flowers sits between a "VOTE HERE" sign on the right and an Official Ballot Drop Box on the left.

This page shows local measures that have been filed at the Sonoma County Registrar of Voters Office for the November 3, 2026, General Election. It does not show statewide measures. For statewide measures, go to the Qualified Statewide Ballot Measures page on the California Secretary of State's website.

It is the policy of the Registrar of Voters Office to assign measure letters sequentially in the order that the measures are filed, with a couple of exceptions:

  • The letter "F" is skipped.
  • For multi-county jurisdictions, county elections officials may mutually agree to use a specific letter designation that is outside of sequential order.

Note: Measures are listed below in the order that they were filed. I.e., the first measure listed was filed first, the next measure listed was filed second, etc.

**List last updated 8/7/26, 6:25 p.m.**

  • Measure D: Coast Life Support District Parcel Tax
    • Note: Coast Life Support District is a "shared jurisdiction" because it has area in both Mendocino and Sonoma Counties. Mendocino County is considered the "lead county" for this jurisdiction because it has more registered voters in the District than Sonoma County. This means that the Mendocino County Elections Division sets argument/rebuttal deadlines. In addition, arguments/rebuttals can only be filed at the Mendocino County Elections Division, not the Sonoma County Registrar of Voters Office.
    • Filed 5/18/26
    • More details about Measure D will be posted in September. Contact the Mendocino County Elections Division or the Sonoma County Registrar of Voters Office if you want/need additional information sooner.
