The Programming Team behind the County’s Integrated Justice System is the backbone of digital collaboration across justice partners. We specialize in building and maintaining secure, efficient, and compliant data exchange systems that support the full lifecycle of individuals as they move through the criminal justice process.  Our primary mission is to enable seamless, secure, and timely data sharing between justice agencies—ensuring that Courts, Public Defender, District Attorney, Probation, Sheriff’s office, and Law Enforcement have the information they need, when they need it.

• Integrated Justice System Development & Maintenance
  We design, build, and support the County’s Integrated Justice System, which facilitates real-time data exchange between all justice partners. Our system ensures continuity of information from arrest to adjudication, sentencing, and supervision.

• Secure Data Exchange
  We implement robust encryption, access controls, and audit trails to protect sensitive information. All data handling practices conform to California Department of Justice (DOJ) privacy and security requirements.

  We develop and maintain case management systems tailored for the Sheriff’s Office and Probation Department, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and coordination of justice-involved individuals

  Our centralized warrant platform streamlines warrant creation, tracking, and fulfillment across agencies, improving response times and legal compliance

• Specialized Applications
  We build and support targeted applications to meet specific departmental needs, such as Probation’s Behavioral Response System (BRS) and the Jail’s Visitation Scheduling, enhancing operational efficiency and service delivery

• Third-Party Vendor Integrations
  We implement and manage integrations with a wide range of third-party vendor systems—including commercial case management platforms such as Odyssey, Karpel, and Thales live scan —to ensure seamless data exchange across justice partners. These integrations are designed to support critical business operations and comply with national standards such as the National Information Exchange Model (NIEM)
