The Digital Software Services team provides essential support for three cornerstone platforms that drive digital transformation across the county—delivering faster, more accessible services to the public, streamlining operations for internal staff, and strengthening business continuity in the face of disruptions:

• OnBase: A robust enterprise content management system that centralizes documents, automates workflows, and ensures compliance. It enables staff to retrieve and process information quickly, reducing delays and improving service delivery to the community—even during emergencies or remote work scenarios.

• SimpliGov Forms: We support the design and maintenance of intuitive, mobile-friendly digital forms that simplify how residents interact with county services. Internally, these forms reduce paperwork, minimize errors, and accelerate approvals—freeing up staff time to focus on higher value work and ensuring that critical processes remain operational regardless of physical location.

• Adobe Signatures: Our team enables secure, legally binding digital signature workflows that eliminate the need for in-person visits or paper-based approvals. This enhances convenience for the public and speeds up internal decision-making.
