Eligible applicants are reminded that the CDC is currently accepting over the counter applications for Permanent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA) funds to support eligible Affordable Owner-Occupied Workforce Housing (AOWH) projects in Sonoma County outside of the city limits of Santa Rosa and Petaluma.

Amount Available: $674,360.25 (*subject to change)
Eligible Uses: AOWH serving households earning up to 120% AMI.
