The Sonoma County Community Development Commission (Commission) will be accepting funding proposals from eligible applicants for Community Development Block Grant – CARES Act (CDBG-CV), Fiscal Year 2020-21 Action Plan Substantial Amendment. Applications are due by or before 5:00 P.M. on August 15, 2025.

These funds are available to eligible nonprofit organizations and governmental jurisdictions to support programs and activities that benefit lower-income households. Organizations interested in applying must clearly demonstrate in their proposal how the funds will be used to prevent, prepare for, and or respond to Coronavirus. All prospective applicants are required to meet with Commission staff for a one-on-one technical assistance session to be eligible to apply. These funds are not available as direct assistance to individuals or households.
