Request to Inspect or Obtain Public Records

The California Public Records Act (Government Code section 7920 et seq.) requires public agencies to make their records available for public inspection and copying unless the records are otherwise exempt from disclosure.

To request public records from the Human Services Department, you may use any of the methods below.

• Submit your request through the County’s online Public Records Portal (recommended). Select “Human Services Department” in the drop-down menu.
