The Area Agency on Aging is conducting its Community Needs Assessment, and your feedback is essential in shaping programs and services for older adults, adults with disabilities, caregivers, and our broader community.

Why we need your input:
The Area Agency on Aging is conducting a Community Needs Assessment to better understand the experiences, needs, and priorities of older adults, adults with disabilities, family caregivers, and community members throughout our service area.
The information gathered through this assessment will help guide future planning, funding decisions, and the development of programs and services that support healthy aging, independence, and quality of life in our communities.
Your feedback is important. Whether you currently use services or not, we want to hear about the opportunities and challenges you face related to housing, transportation, health and wellness, caregiving, social connection, access to services, emergency preparedness, and other issues that affect daily life.
Additional Ways to Participate or Have Questions:
In addition to the survey, the Area Agency on Aging is holding focus groups. These conversations provide a deeper understanding of local needs and help ensure that diverse voices are included in the planning process.
