7. Federal Funding and Low-Moderate Income Housing Asset Fund (LMIHAF) Policies

Staff will present proposed changes to the funding policies utilized by the Commission when administering federal programs and the countywide Low- and Moderate-Income Housing Asset Fund (LMIHAF) program.
Recommended Action: Recommend approval of the revised policies to the Board of Supervisors and Board of Commissioners
