Deadline to register to vote in June 2 Statewide Direct Primary Election is May 18
Sonoma County Registrar of Voters Evelyn Mendez would like to remind residents that the deadline to register to vote in the upcoming June 2 Statewide Direct Primary Election is next Monday, May 18. However, eligible voters who miss the deadline still have the option to “conditionally” register (also known as “same-day registration”) and vote in person at the Registrar of Voters (ROV) Office or at any Vote Center. Sonoma County Registrar of Voters Office moving to Airport Boulevard corridor
After decades at the County’s main campus in Santa Rosa, the Sonoma County Registrar of Voters Office will be moving to a new location near the Charles M. Schulz-Sonoma County Airport on Feb. 2. The new office, located at 3880 Brickway Blvd., will be available to help people register to vote, check or update your voter registration status, or file papers to run for elected office. Deadline for voters to cure ballot signature issues is December 1 at 5 p.m.
Signature “cure” forms that were sent to voters whose ballot envelope signatures were either missing or mismatched for the November 4 Statewide Special Election must be completed and received at the Sonoma County Registrar of Voters Office no later than Monday, December 1, at 5 p.m., according to Evelyn Mendez, Sonoma County Registrar of Voters. Early in-person voting for the Nov. 4 Statewide Special Election begins this weekend in Sonoma County, Registrar of Voters Evelyn Mendez reminded voters today. Seven Vote Centers will be open for 11 consecutive days from Saturday, Oct. 25, until Election Day Tuesday, Nov. 4.
