About the Employee & Volunteer Engagement & Recognition Unit (EVER)

EVER serves to engage and recognize employees and volunteers through a variety of programs and activities consistent with the Board of Supervisors goals and objectives.

• Employees participate  in a variety of programs and activities both within and outside of the County structure engaging them with a variety of needs in the community.
• Volunteer programs allow for the public and departments to enhance learning and service delivery, while providing recognition for volunteers.
• National recognition systems are adopted locally to provide further recognition of County employees and volunteers.
