The Sonoma County Community Development Commission, in its capacity as the Sonoma County Housing Authority, has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Project Based Vouchers (PBV) for existing housing. Only existing housing that will meet Housing Quality Standards within 45 days of award are eligible for consideration under this RFP. Read full story

County to begin mailing ballots for June election
Vote-by-mail ballots for the June 7, 2022 statewide Primary Election will start going out in the mail on Monday, May 9, to all active, registered voters in Sonoma County, the Sonoma County Registrar of Voters announced today. Immigration status no longer limits scope of Medi-Cal benefits for adults 50 and older

Rohnert Park COVID-19 vaccine clinic closes; mobile clinic to open in place
Sonoma County’s COVID-19 vaccination clinic at the Rohnert Park Community Center permanently closed on Thursday, April 28, and will be replaced by a mobile vaccine clinic that will begin serving residents from the Community Center parking lot starting on May 4. Read full story
