TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES

Registering for classes is easy...

The Workforce Development Unit is commited to offering all County employees
a rich selection of training and professional development opportunities.

Trainings are available as in-person instructor led, virtual instructor led, self-paced web-based and online, webinars, and hybrid (combination) formats The broad selection of live trainings offered by Workforce Development is complemented by a wide range of web-based options through our online vendor, Open Sesame. New classes are added frequently and rotated based on demand and relevance.

New training opportunties will be distributed to staff via monthly Workforce Development Training Announcements emails. Additionally, the search engine of our learning management system, sonoma higher ed, has been enhanced to allow browsing the course catalog by program tiers, department, keywords, and topics. (Note: you will need your network login credentials to access the system.)
