Sonoma County’s Regional Stay-Home Order extended

Statepublic health officials have extended a Stay-Home Order for the 11-county BayArea region, including Sonoma County, due to rising cases of COVID-19,increasing hospitalizations and, specifically, low ICU capacity rates for thelarger Bay Area region. The restrictions will remain in place until the state’sfour-week projections of the Bay Area’s total available ICU bed capacity isgreater than or equal to 15 percent. Read full story

New Park and Open Space Preserve Coming to Sonoma Coast

The Sonoma County Agricultural Preservation and Open Space District (Ag + Open Space), a special district dedicated to protecting our working and natural lands forever, transferred ownership of a 335-acre coastal property to Sonoma County Regional Parks.
