Pesticide Use Report Form Changes for Production Agriculture
Due to recent changes to Title 3, California Code of Regulations (3 CCR) sections 6624 & 6626 concerning pesticide use reports (PURs) for production agriculture, start and end times are now required for all pesticide applications on an agricultural commodity. Read full story

Latest Amazon Scam
Forbes Magazine reports a new Amazon scam. Emails are being sent indicating that items ordered in March of this year are subject to a recall and to click a link for a full refund. The link is a phishing scam to access your Amazon account information. The emails do not specify what the product was that was purchased . Always communicate to Amazon thru the official website and do not respond to emails purporting to be from Amazon. Read full story
Amazon Warns of New Scam Emails
Amazon recently advised its subscribers of a new round of scam emails purporting to be from Amazon either about delivery of an item that was not ordered or increase in the cost of a Prime Membership. The email contains a link to cancel the subscription due to the purported increase in cost which leads to a fake site requesting input of membership information that then allows scammers to access your Amazon account.
