Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Draft Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report
The Sonoma County Community Development Commission has prepared a draft Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for projects funded and completed during the FY 24-25 reporting period. Sonoma County Homeless Coalition Board 2026 Elections - Nominations due November 20th
The Sonoma County Homeless Coalition Board is the decision-making body of the Sonoma County Continuum of Care. The Sonoma County Continuum of Care addresses the problems of housing and homelessness by having a countywide, community-informed, and person-centered CoC system that is compassionate, inclusive, financially responsible, equitable, coordinated, and outcomes based. Nominations and Statement of Interest forms will be accepted until November 20th by 5pm. Read full story

Notice of Availability for Public Review and Public Hearing Notice - Draft of Substantial Amendment to the FY 2020-2021 Annual Action Plan
The Sonoma County Community Development Commission has prepared a draft of the Substantial Amendment to the FY 2020-2021 Annual Action Plan to reprogram $113,295.85 of CDBG-CV funds. The document is available for review and public comment from September 18, 2025 through October 22, 2025.
