Preparing For Your Hearing

Please refer to your paperwork to verify date, time and court room for your hearing. If you have been asked to file documents, you must file them with the court at least 10 days before your court hearing and you must serve all parties.

In order to properly electronically serve The Department of Child Support Services you must serve us at our DCSS-e-service email address:
